GrX Short-Term Missions: Thailand

In Partnership with Xealot Thailand

About Thailand

After decades of Christian influence, less than .5% of the population in Thailand believes in salvation through Jesus Christ. To be Thai is to be Buddhist; that is evident by the abundance of altars and temples in every house, at every street corner. Throughout the world, Thailand is known for its sex industry which makes up about 20% of the country’s GDP.

About Xealot Thailand (XT)

The purpose of XT is to holistically transform communities globally through spiritual, social and economic reconciliation. XT establishes a platform in Thailand as the launching pad for missions throughout Asia. To address the socio-economic needs of Thailand, XT has both an urban and rural focus. It is focused on identifying and developing emerging ethnic leaders and empowering them to serve their communities. It is committed to holistic community transformation that focuses on people at risk. Ultimately, this ministry is all about finding the least, the lost and the last people and connecting them to God.
